This class has a little bit of everything: breathwork, plenty of stretches and floor work, some higher-intensity flows that work the legs and hips, building strength and stability, and generous time relaxing in various yin poses with some sound healing.
A 48-minute easy vinyasa flow that begins with a 3-part breath-work and ends with a shoulder stand. Enjoy plenty of mindset meditation throughout, sun salutations, ab work and pigeon pose.
This is a stretch flow that starts and ends in a standing posture, great for when you feel particularly stiff. It’s a little calmer and will help decompress your fascia and ease your nervous system.
A great all-levels anytime flow to energize the body and foster a calm, focused mind. Begin seated for Breathwork before moving through some movements to support the spine and strengthen the core. With a nice dose of sun salutations with plenty of twists and stretching.
This class will offer a neck, head and face massage that addresses the trapezius, jawline, masseter, forehead, and scalp to relax and relieve tension in your whooooooole head.
This is a short and simple routine that I practice to help wake up my body, mobilize my spine, and activate my lymph flow. It starts with a few minutes of sound healing with my crystal singing bowls, and ends with a little meditation.
