Sun Salutation Flow

This is a great anytime-of-day vinyasa flow for all levels to energize the body and find a calm, focused state. It also features plenty of Piper cameos ;)

We begin seated in Rock Pose for a Pranayama called Nadi Shodona, or alternate nostril breathing, before moving through some floor work to support the spine and strengthen the core and finally moving into some sun salutations to awaken the mind and body with plenty of twists and stretching.
