Fire & Focus 54-min Intermediate Flow

This class has a little bit of everything: breathwork, plenty of stretches and floor work, some higher-intensity flows that work the legs and hips, building strength and stability, and generous time relaxing and practicing various yin poses. It end with 5 minutes of sound healing in savasana to close out and you will require a block or bolster for this class. A rolled up towel will do just fine… Please ignore my garden feet, slightly muddied from the day’s activities.
