Relax & Rise Up Yoga and Breath Flow

A 48-minute easy vinyasa flow that begins with a 3-part breath-work and ends with a shoulder stand. We’ll start with some core work before moving into some Surya Namaskar A sun salutations, Warrior 2 and held Warrior 3, and ending in restorative poses like pigeon. You’ll also enjoy plenty of mindset meditation throughout.
