  • That's perfectly fine! My classes are instructed verbally as well as visually, so you can feel your way into each movement with confidence, and I offer plenty of instructed options for how to move deeper or ease out of each pose.

  • You, comfy fitted clothes you can move in without bunching, and a yoga mat are all you need. From time to time if a block or towel is required, I will mention it at the start of class and offer many alternatives if you are light on equipment.

  • I make reference to my podcast from time to time in my classes, you can listen and subscribe to it for FREE on Apple Podcasts, Spotify or through the Every Seven Years website.

  • I have been practicing yoga for 20+ years (since I was 14) and received my Yoga Teacher Training Certification in Thailand at VIkasa Yoga through Jennifer Yarrow of Frog Lotus Yoga in March 2018.

  • With a background in Yoga and Breathwork, I love a good stretch and understand the importance of fascial health and proper self-care rituals like Abayanga, tongue scraping, hair oiling and scalp massage. My self-care classes are a mix of self-massage, hair/skin care, how-tos for Ayurvedic practices and beyond.

  • Of course! Upon cancellation, your payment will terminate beginning the first day of the following term. You can enjoy access to classes for the remainder of the month until that time.
