Morning Flow
This is a short and simple routine that I practice to help wake up my body, mobilize my spine, and activate my lymph flow. It starts with a few minutes of sound healing with my crystal singing bowls, and ends with a little meditation.
As I mention in the beginning of the video during the bouncing/rebounding, you may want to check out Dr. Perry's Big 6™ routine of rubbing and slapping which I do every morning while my mushroom-coffee blooms.
It's a fantastic little sequence that takes just a few minutes and it's recommended you do these at the beginning of the day.
