  • My private sessions begin with getting to know you a little better through a short form you will fill out upon booking. The fee for a 60-minute class is $90. You are welcome to come to my Whistler home-studio where a yoga mat, blocks, and accessories like foam rollers and essential oils are provided for you. The address will be provided upon booking confirmation.

  • My "friendship flows" are perfect for pal groups up to 6 people. If my home-gym is too tight, we can spread out and enjoy practice outside on my cedar-wood deck. The cost is $120 (for 6, that's $20 a person). For an additional $40 fee, a wood-burning sauna can be fired up for your use and enjoyment afterward.

  • To book a corporate yoga session, start by reaching out to discuss your needs and schedule. I’ll then create a tailored proposal for you. Once you approve the proposal, a deposit will be required to secure your booking. After payment, I’ll bring a customized yoga and breathwork experience to your team and follow up afterward to get your feedback. Fees vary based on session details, so please contact me for a personalized quote.

  • In a yoga class with me, you can expect a unique blend of yoga, breathwork, meditation, and strength training. With 20 years of experience and formal training in Vinyasa and Pranayama, I offer seamless, somatic flows designed to be done with your eyes closed so you can remain in your body. Of course you can open your eyes, but I love a class classes are designed to not only enhance flexibility and mindfulness but also build strength and resilience, providing a holistic and transformative experience that nurtures both body and mind.

  • My classes are designed for all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. I tailor the intensity and complexity to suit each participant's needs. Upon inquiry, you will fill out a short form so I can better get to know you and create a class just for you!

  • Ensure you’re well-hydrated, avoid eating a heavy meal before class, and arrive a few minutes early to settle in and connect with the space.

  • Yes, yoga may help you recover faster! Please inform me of any injuries or health concerns so she can provide appropriate modifications and ensure a safe, healing practice.

  • I am a registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) with certification in Vinyasa and Pranayama, earned in 2018 at Vikasa Yoga in Thailand.
