I’m Sabrina Smelko — a multidisciplinary creative, brand strategist and on-camera talent with 15+ years across advertising, design, television, editorial and brand marketing. I concept, direct, style, shoot and create elevated content for brands from my home studio in the mountains without requiring a full production crew to make it happen.

I know what makes a big shoot work — and what doesn’t need a big shoot.

I’ve spent 15+ years making things for people to look at, click on, buy and remember — across advertising, television, editorial, design and social.

I’ve worked on productions with crews, sets, stylists, agencies and five-figure budgets. I’ve also concepted, styled, shot and edited campaigns myself with little more than a camera, a good location and an idea worth making.

That range is my advantage. I understand what goes into a traditional production — creative direction, composition, styling, storytelling, brand consistency, performance and all the tiny decisions that make something feel expensive — but I also know how to strip away everything that isn't actually necessary.

The result is content with big-production instincts, made at the speed and scale social actually requires.

With a BAA in Illustration and 15+ years across advertising, brand design, television and creative direction, I now work across brand and social strategy for Pattern Brands — bringing that same mix of strategy, taste and hands-on making into every project I create.

In my first month working across Pattern Brands’ portfolio, I was concepting and creating organic social for GIR, Miracle Made and Onsen — combining brand strategy with fast, platform-native production.

The goal wasn’t simply to make more content. It was to find the ideas, formats and hooks that could reach beyond each brand’s existing audience.
